Healthy vegetarian breakfast for a week

DAY1

POHA

1. 250gm POHA

2. 1 DIECED ONION

3. 1 DIECED TOMATO

4. A HANDFUL OF PEANUTS

5. 15-20 CURRY LEAVES

6. A SPOONFUL OF MUSTARD SEEDS

7. HALF TABLESPOON TURMERIC

SALT AND CHILLY AS PER TASTE

RECEIPE:

Rinse the poha with water. Heat on stove and put ur pan on stove/ kadahi on flame.

Now add 2 tablespoon of mustard oil into Pan. Add mustard seeds in oil.

Add curry leaves after 10 seconds with peanuts. Now add diced onion, tomato, salt, turmeric, chilly.

After Saute for 5 minutes add poha and also sprinkle little of water on poha.

Garnish it with coriander leaves and served it hot with any homemade sauce.
